Welcome back for day 18 of the #blackcode28 Black History Month 28 day challenge. There are 10 more days left in the challenge and we are excited about each of the upcoming activities! How have you liked days 1 through 17 thus far? Hopefully you are learning at an enjoyable pace from both the coding lesson and the mindset shift journaling sessions.
Today is a journaling day.

Attaining Greatness
On day 16 we tried to unpack the meaning for greatness. Now this is personal to each of you which is why we did not leave a concrete definition. But I did share some of my feelings on what greatness could be. We have also looked at the negative blocks limiting our success and moments when we suffer from Imposter Syndrome. Today let’s write about the person or event in our life that inspires us to achieve that definition of greatness you hold.
Writing Prompts
- Think about the topic or person you chose for this Black History Month coding project, how does it inspire you to move into greatness?
- What are some changes you have seen in yourself in the last 18 days of working through this project?
- Does the inspiration you mentioned in #1 motivate you everyday?
OK, that’s it for today. Have a great time writing in your journals.
See you tomorrow for day 19 or check out day 1 to see where we started!
