Welcome back to day 7 of the #blackcode28 Black History Month 28 day challenge.
Today we will look for a few high quality images for our minimal site. Choose 3 to 6 images based on your theme. Save them in a file folder on your desktop to have them ready for your site.
When adding images to our site, we must use the empty <img> element and the src attribute. It should look like this <img src”myPhoto.jp”> or <img src=”http://www.test.com/images/myPhoto.jpg”> if sourced from the internet.
If you are not using personal images, an excellent resource for royalty-free creative commons license photos is Unsplash.com. This website has hundreds of high-quality images for use in online projects. Check it out and let me know what you find in the comments section.
How have you been enjoying the challenge thus far? At best, it is a challenge that will help you to create a daily habit of coding or working towards a coding goal.
I hope you like today’s challenge. It is an easy one!
See you back tomorrow for day 8.
